Looks like hot glue heaven, and this was before anyone else arrived to add their glue guns and supplies to the mix.
Lots of hard-working, crafty ladies =)
Here's my finished product - a wreath made of split peas! It took an awful lot of glue to get those little guys stuck on there!
My inspiration for the colors came from my door mat - I really wanted a wreath that I could display all year instead of just fall.
Looks pretty cute hanging on our red door, in my opinion. And I must say that I am a wee bit proud =)
And just look at what my friends made!
Tara's gorgeous fall wreath.
Shelly & MaryAnn's burlap wreaths.
Kristy's cute rosette wreath - she made all of those rosettes herself!
Mary-Hayden and her adorable Halloween wreath.
Rebekah, Emily, and Sarah with their finished wreaths made of coffee filters.
Most of us girls are obsessed with the website, Pinterest, and I think we all brought a Pinterest-inspired recipe to share.
Here's mine - Pumpkin Pie Dip...soooo yummy!
And I also made these Salsa Roll-Ups. My trusty taste-testing husband loved them so much I had to make extras for him =)
It was a fun night and one that I think will be repeated in the future. I sure am thankful to be surrounded by such amazing girls - such a HUGE blessing in my life! Thanks, Sarah, for being such a wonderful hostess and a fantastic friend!
I LOVE your split pea wreath. I might even make one myself, after I finish my coffee filter wreath of course.
